Federico Cohan has supervised and implemented great construction teams in the building of custom homes, and remodels of kitchen and baths. His flair guarantees that each project is an outstanding success, surpassing the needs and desires of the client. Federico states the most important piece of every project is understanding his clients. He has stated on many occasions his clients have become a friend, and he feels that has helped him grow in his field.
Federico believes offering a wide range of design styles, ranging from period style homes through to classic contemporary homes and eclectic lofts. He has developed a large team of talented designers, contractors, architects and with this he has been able meet the needs of all client’s design requirements, making each of our projects so unique."He has worked as a construction consultant and licensed mediator for more than 20 years. He takes pride in both fields, because he feels he is achieving one goal: “To help all his clients come to a resolution.”
Monanich design firm (Federico Cohan) works as a dedicated Project Manager/Designer who will handle looking over the project along with the licensed contractor. Your PM will stay in constant contact with you regarding the progress of the project, and will resolve any issues or queries that arise, every step of the way.
Monanich design firm will consult with you on every aspect of the design, which you’ll review in advance via our 3D modeling service. You’ll also be accompanied in regards to choosing all the materials needed to turn your dream kitchen/bath into a reality.
Federico begins with a planning session, who will help you define and understand the scope of the project and build a suitable budget, along with their licensed contractor. The meeting takes place in the comfort of your own home, at no cost and no obligation.
As Federico states, Anybody can design. It’s the genius that can listen to his client, who can become their client, who understands their dream and who can change their life by creating a design for their client that they never thought they could have achieved. A Designer must create a team, which must entail their client. A real designer will become friends/ or even family with most of their clients, because what you gave them is only what their family knew about them.. Designing a custom kitchen/ bathroom/ dining room it must be a part of your clients lifestyle, it is something that you have designed after knowing your clients story… Design is from within you and your clients, and it’s your creativity that can develop their dream space…. Federico is a native Sacramentan, majored in Business and Public Speaking at Sacramento State College . He has been an advocate for families in need and giving a helping hand around our community. He has four amazing daughters and he is involved in every part of their lives, along with his wonderful wife.
