Monanich Design Firm did an excellent job from the beginning to the end. Freddy helped with the design of the bathroom, phase 1. The process was easy and Freddy and his team was very easy to work with. Freddy would listen to my wants and needs and give me other suggestions and ideas of what I might like. The sub contractors were excellent. When I had a question, they would give me an answer or if they didn't know the answer they would ask. Since we work from home, the team was very accommodating and flexible with our needs. The job was completed in a timely manner. We hired the team to take on phase 2 of our remodel. The existing master bedroom will eventually be a guest bedroom so we had the contractors sheet rock one of the closets to make a linen closet in the hallway and had the master bathroom and master bedroom repainted. The room looks so different, it's amazing. After the beautiful job was completed, we decided to hire Freddy and his licensed contracting team for our major remodel. We have been working with a draftsman to create plans to submit to the county for permits. We are very excited to get the remodel started. The house will be spectacular when its all complete. Mr. Cohan of Monach design came to my home to look at my present kitchen and to speak with me about what updates I required. Mr. Cohan was able to show me different styles of cabinets and to explain the different quality. I met Mr. Cohan at a store to look at the many kinds of counter tops. He was able to tell me what materials they were made of and how each one performed. He than sent me a drawing of what would work in my kitchen if I approved. The sub-contractors worked hard and I have to thank them for the many projects that they had to do because my kitchen was 49 years old. The job was completed in much less time than I had thought. We are incredibly happy with our kitchen remodel and the service, workmanship and design guidance provided by Monach. From the beginning, the owner Freddy Cohan was very engaged with the project and showed interest and a vision of what our project could achieve with the given budget. He took the time to discuss the design, the range of options within our budget, and made knowledgeable recommendations that were important to the outcome. Freddy has a good eye for design and layout. He has creative solutions, and thinks about the whole house rather than just the narrow project. Monach coordinated meetings with his team of sub-contractors and cabinet suppliers and kept the project moving in a timely manner. Freddy has a great team of people and only works with licensed contractors - basically people who are top notch, honest, and know what they are doing. In addition, he takes ownership and cares about the outcome. It's not just a job. The result is that Monach transformed not only our kitchen, but our whole downstairs and without going over the budget. There were no problems and the project was completed without any delay.
